Terms and Conditions

 

 

 

  1. The reservation of the housing units (bungalows, mobile homes, lodge tents and rooms) can be made and concluded by telephone or by e-mail at our contact details, or directly on our website. The
    reservation is nominative and as such is considered valid only for the persons whose personal data are indicated in the reservation contract.
     
  2. Upon receipt of the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the customer an estimate of the stay which will indicate: the type of structure, the arrival and departure dates, the exact amount of the stay, the payment methods deposit (equal to 30% of the total cost), € 45.00 as a fixed booking fee including pack “Safe Holiday” and settlement method.
     
  3. The content of the quote must be verified by the customer and confirmed.
     
  4. The customer who wishes to book the stay must pay the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote and make the total balance no later than 21 days before the arrival date: - by bank transfer:

    For bookings made in the 21 days prior to the arrival date, the customer must pay the full amount of the stay together with the booking confirmation.

  1. With the confirmation of the booking and the payment of the deposit / balance, the booking contract will be considered concluded and as such it will be binding. If the customer renounces the stay in whole or in part or wishes to make changes, outside the provisions of point 9, the fee is considered due in any case. Any special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions.
    The tourist tax and any extra services not booked will be paid on site.
    ATTENTION: failure to observe the payment terms above constitutes an express termination clause such as to determine, on the part of Camping Village Adria, the legal termination of the contract, without prejudice to compensation for further damages suffered by Camping Village Adria.
     
  2. Upon arrival at Camping Village Adria, the customer must present himself at the reception with his booking confirmation. The booked structure will be available to customers from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must left by 10.00 am on the day of departure. If the customer does not arrive at the Camping Village Adria by 10.00 am of the following day established in the reservation, without giving any notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and give its availability to third parties.
     
  3. By confirming the quote, the customer will accept the booking conditions, the current price list and undertakes to respect the Camping Village Adria regulations. The Management will have the right to terminate the booking contract if the subscriber, his family and / or his guests do not comply with the regulations in force.

  1. With regard to animals, dogs of all sizes, equipped with microchips, are allowed on the campsite. The dog must be registered in the canine registry and be in compliance with the vaccinations required by Italian law. 1 dog will be allowed per facility. It is mandatory to keep dogs on a leash and it is advisable to wear a muzzle as well. Their entry is at the discretion of the management.
     
  2. We do not accept changes in terms of personal data, number of participants or ancillary services with respect to what is indicated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation, unless they are
    communicated within 10 days before the arrival date. All the village and camping facilities will therefore be available only to the persons indicated on the data sheet, sent together with the deposit / balance.
     
  3. The reports received from customers regarding the location preferences of the village or camping facility will be treated as such and will not have a contractual or absolute guarantee nature, as the
    assignment will take place on site at the sole discretion of Camping Village Adria.
     
  4. Cancellation policy

    Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing. The insurance policy is valid only for stays in villages and hotels with a minimum duration of 7 nights.

    Here are the main guarantees offered by the policy:
    - reimbursement of any penalties applied by the campsite in case of cancellation of the stay;
    - reimbursement of medical and pharmaceutical expenses;
    - health and personal care, including medical return and early return.

    Failure to comply with the payment terms for the stay constitutes a termination clause of the stay contract, with consequent loss of the right to reimbursement by the insurance company.

    Refunds will be paid by the insurance company net of the deductible and the fixed booking fee.

    • Free use of the multipurpose tennis, basketball, soccer fields
    • Subscription to the Pagurotto Club for children aged 4 to 12 years
    • Subscription to Teen Club for children aged 12 to 14
    • Subscription to Junior Club for children aged 15 to 17
    • Evening shows by the Village Artistic Cast

    NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    • Bed linen and towels ( Mobilehome de Luxe, Elegance and hotel excluded).
    • Beach service
    • Air conditioning (Lodge Tent)
    • Sat TV (Lodge Tent)
    • Tourist tax

    NOTE
    • Bed linen and towels are provided upon request for a fee (€ 12,00 Double Bed Linen Kit; € 7,50 Single Bed Linen Kit; € 5,00 Towel Kit per person).
    • Tourist tax Hotel: € 2.00 per person, from 14 years, per day, for a maximum of 5 days.
    • Tourist tax Village: € 0.80 per person, from 14 years, per day, for a maximum of 5 days.

  3. The content of the estimate must be verified by the customer and confirmed for acceptance.
     
  4. The customer who wishes to book the stay must proceed with the payment of the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote via bank transfer:

If the customer renounces the stay in whole or in part or wishes to make changes, outside of what is provided for in point 8, the compensation is considered due in any case.

    Any special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions and cannot have retroactive value.
    The tourist tax and any extra services not booked will be paid on site.

  5. Upon arrival at Camping Village Adria the customer must present themselves at the reception with their booking confirmation. The booked structure will be available to customers from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. If the customer does not arrive at Camping Village Adria by 10.00 am on the following day established in the booking, without giving any communication, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking and make it available to third parties.
     
  6. By confirming the quote, the customer will accept the booking conditions, the current price list and undertakes to scrupulously respect the regulations of Camping Village Adria. The Management will have the right to terminate the booking contract if the subscriber, his family members and/or his guests do not comply with the regulations in force.
     
  7. Regarding animals, dogs of all sizes, equipped with microchips, are allowed on the campsite. The dog must be registered in the canine registry and be up to date with the vaccinations required by
    Italian law. 1 dog will be allowed per facility. It is mandatory to keep dogs on a leash and it is advisable to wear a muzzle. Their entry is at the discretion of the management.
     
  8. We do not accept variations in terms of personal data, number of participants or additional services compared to what is indicated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation, unless communicated within 10 days before the arrival date. All accommodation and rooms will therefore be available only to the people indicated on the data sheet, sent together with the deposit/balance.
     
  9. Reports received from customers regarding location preferences of the village or campsite will be treated as such and will not have a contractual or absolute guarantee nature, as the assignment will take place on site at the exclusive discretion of Camping Village Adria.
     
  10. Cancellation Conditions
    Requests to cancel confirmed reservations must be submitted in writing.
    In case of cancellation of the reservation, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
    - up to 21 days from the arrival date: refund of half of the deposit paid at the time of confirmation.
    - From 20 to No show: 100% penalty (No refund will be given).

  1. The reservation of the pitches can be made and concluded by telephone or by e-mail at our contact details, or directly on our website. The reservation is nominative and as such is considered valid only for the persons whose personal data are indicated in the reservation contract.
     
  2. Upon receipt of the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the customer an estimate of the stay which will indicate: the type of pitch, the arrival and departure dates, the exact amount of the stay, the payment methods of the deposit ( equal to 30% of the total cost) and the settlement procedures.
     
  3. The estimate must be checked in content by the customer and confirmed by e-mail acceptance.
     
  4. The customer who wishes to book the stay must specify whether he wishes to sign up for the Safe Holiday Package (€35.00 optional) and proceed with the payment of the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote via bank transfer:

    In case of subscribing to the Safe Holiday Package, the balance of the stay must be paid 5 days before arriving at the campsite.
     
  5. With the confirmation of the booking and the payment of the deposit / balance, the booking contract will be considered concluded and as such it will be binding. If the customer renounces the stay in whole or in part or wishes to make changes, outside the provisions of point 9, the fee is considered due in any case. Any special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions and cannot be retroactive.
    The tourist and any extra services not booked will be paid locally.

    ATTENTION: failure to observe the above payment terms constitutes an express termination clause such as to determine the legal termination of the contract by Camping Village Adria, without prejudice to compensation for further damages suffered by Camping Village Adria.
     
  6. Upon arrival at Camping Village Adria, the customer must present himself at the reception with his booking confirmation. The reserved pitch will be available to customers from 12pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 pm on the day of departure. For any delayed departures (after 12 pm), Camping Village Adria will charge the customer the daily rate of the occupied pitch, in accordance with the public price list. If the customer does not arrive at the Camping Village Adria by 12pm of the following day established in the reservation, without giving any notice, the management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and give its availability to third parties. Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing.

    In case of cancellation of the booking with subscription to the Safe Holiday Pack, please refer to the conditions of the insurance policy.
