Insurance Policy

Your holiday is insured, starting from the reservation to your return home!

Through its agreement with Europ Assistance, Camping Village Adria can offer you, included in the price of your stay, insurance coverage that extends from the moment you confirm your stay to the day you check out.

The insurance policy is taken out only for stays in residential units (bungalows, mobile homes, housing tents) for minimum stays of 7 nights. Stays on pitches are excluded.

These are the principal assurances provided by the policy:

• reimbursement of any fines applied by the campsite in the event of cancellation of the stay;
• reimbursement of medical and pharmaceutical costs;
• health and personal assistance, including medical return and early return.

Failure to comply with the terms of payment for the stay and/or the claim for damages, with the consequent forwarding of the documentation to Europ Assistance, constitutes a termination of the contract of stay, with the consequent loss of the right to reimbursement by the insurance company.

The insurance refund, following a cancellation, is subject to full payment of the amount of the stay.

Refunds will be paid net of the insurance deductible and the fixed booking fee.
