We are in Romagna, and as everyone knows, the cuisine here is one of its strengths. In the Casalborsetti and Ravenna area, you can try typical Romagna dishes: tagliatelle with ragù, cappelletti in broth, piadina stuffed with local cured meats and cheeses like squacquerone.
