FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions and Regulations Camping Village Adria
Booking conditions
Holiday Village-Hotel
- Reservations for accommodation units can be made and finalized either by phone, via email at our contact details, or directly on our website. The reservation is personal and, as such, is considered valid exclusively for the individuals whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
- Upon receiving the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the guest a quote for the stay, which will include the type of accommodation, arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the stay, the payment method for the deposit and for the balance payment method.
- The guest must review the content of the quote and confirm acceptance.
- Guests wishing to proceed with booking must pay the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote and settle the total balance no later than 14 days before the arrival date via bank transfer to: UNICREDIT BANCA Account holder: CAMPING ADRIA SRL IBAN: IT75V0200813199000020145234 BIC: UNCRITM1RO1 reason: indicate the booking number. For reservations made within 14 days of the arrival date, the guest must pay the entire amount of the stay at the time of booking confirmation. Once the deposit/balance is paid, the booking contract is considered concluded and binding. If the guest cancels the stay partially or entirely or requests changes outside of what is stated in point 8, the amount is considered due. Special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions. The tourist tax and any additional un-booked services will be paid on-site. ATTENTION: failure to comply with the payment terms mentioned above constitutes an express termination clause, allowing Camping Village Adria to lawfully terminate the contract, without prejudice to the compensation for any additional damages incurred by Camping Village Adria.
- Upon arrival at Camping Village Adria, the guest must present the booking confirmation at reception. Reserved accommodations will be available from 4:00 PM on the arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the departure day. If the guest does not arrive by 10:00 AM on the day following the scheduled arrival date without prior notification, management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make the accommodation available to third parties.
- By confirming the quote, the guest accepts the booking conditions, the current price list, and agrees to comply with the regulations of Camping Village Adria. Management reserves the right to terminate the booking contract if the guest, their family, or visitors fail to follow the rules.
- Regarding pets, dogs with a microchip are allowed in the campsite. The dog must be registered in the canine registry and comply with the vaccinations required by Italian regulations. One dog per accommodation is allowed. Pets are not allowed in the hotel. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and it is recommended to also have a muzzle. Pets are allowed only in specific types of accommodations and in limited numbers, with a maximum of one pet per unit. For exceptions regarding the number, please contact the Management. Breeds of dogs or animals deemed dangerous or reported as such by the competent authorities may, at the discretion of the Management, be removed from the Holiday Village.
- Changes in personal data, the number of participants, or additional services compared to what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation will not be accepted unless communicated at least 10 days before the arrival date. All holiday village and campsite facilities will therefore be available exclusively to the individuals listed on the data sheet, submitted along with the deposit/balance.
- Guest requests regarding accommodation location preferences in the holiday village or campsite will be treated as such and will not be considered contractual or guaranteed. Allocation will be decided on-site at the sole discretion of Camping Village Adria.
- Cancellation policy Cancellation requests for confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing. The insurance policy is valid only for holiday village and hotel stays with a minimum duration of 7 nights. The main guarantees offered by the policy include reimbursement of any penalties applied by the campsite in case of stay cancellation, reimbursement of medical and pharmaceutical expenses, and health and personal assistance, including medical repatriation and early return. Failure to comply with the payment terms of the stay constitutes a termination clause of the stay contract, resulting in the loss of the right to reimbursement by the insurance company. Refunds will be issued by the insurance company net of the deductible and the fixed booking fee.

- Hotel tourist tax: €2.00 per person, per day, starting from 14 years old, for a maximum of 5 days.
Holiday Village-Hotel stays of less than 7 nights
- Reservations for accommodation units (bungalows, mobile homes, lodge tents, and rooms) can be made and finalized either by phone, via email at our contact details, or directly on our website. The reservation is personal and, as such, is considered valid exclusively for the individuals whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
- Upon receiving the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the guest a holiday estimate specifying: the type of accommodation, the arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the holiday, the payment terms for the deposit and for the remaining balance.
- The estimate must be reviewed by the guest and confirmed for acceptance.
- Guests wishing to proceed with booking must pay the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote and settle the total balance no later than 14 days before the arrival date via bank transfer to: UNICREDIT BANCA Account holder: CAMPING ADRIA SRL IBAN: IT75V0200813199000020145234 BIC: UNCRITM1RO1 reason: indicate the booking number.

- Regarding pets, dogs of all sizes are allowed in the campsite, provided they are microchipped. Dogs must be registered in the canine registry and have up-to-date vaccinations as required by Italian regulations. Only one dog per accommodation is permitted. Dogs must always be kept on a leash, and it is advisable to bring a muzzle as well. Their admission is at the discretion of management.
- Changes to personal data, the number of participants, or additional services compared to what is stated in the contract at the time of booking confirmation will not be accepted unless communicated at least 10 days before the arrival date. All accommodations and rooms will be available exclusively to the individuals listed on the data sheet submitted along with the deposit/balance.
- Guest requests regarding the preferred location of accommodations within the village or campsite will be treated as preferences only and will not constitute a contractual guarantee. The allocation of accommodations will be determined on-site at the sole discretion of Camping Village Adria.
- Cancellation Policy Cancellation requests for confirmed bookings must be submitted in writing. In the event of a cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded as follows: - Up to 21 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the deposit paid at the time of confirmation will be refunded. - From 20 days prior to arrival or in the case of no-show: A penalty of 100% applies (no refund will be issued).

Pitches
- Reservations for pitches can be made and finalized either by phone, via email at our contact details, or directly on our website. The reservation is personal and, as such, is considered valid exclusively for the individuals whose personal details are indicated in the booking contract.
- Upon receiving the booking request, Camping Village Adria will send the guest a holiday estimate specifying: the type of pitch, the arrival and departure dates, the exact cost of the holiday, the payment terms for the deposit and the terms for the remaining balance.
- The estimate must be reviewed by the guest and confirmed for acceptance.
- The customer must pay the deposit within 7 days of receiving the quote by bank transfer: UNICREDIT BANCA Account holder: CAMPING ADRIA SRL IBAN: IT75V0200813199000020145234 BIC: UNCRITM1RO1 Reason for payment: indicate reference number The balance for Basic, Standard and Plus pitches and for Palafitte Rider must be paid 5 days before arrival at the campsite. The balance for Plus Comfort pitches must be paid 14 days before arrival at the campsite. With the confirmation of the reservation and the payment of the deposit/balance, the booking contract will be considered concluded and as such will be binding. If the guest cancels the holiday in full or in part or requests changes outside the terms outlined in point 8, the payment will still be considered due. Any special promotions will be subject to specific contractual conditions and cannot be applied retroactively. The tourist tax and any extra services not booked in advance must be paid on-site. ATTENTION: Failure to comply with the above payment deadlines constitutes an express termination clause, allowing Camping Village Adria to lawfully terminate the contract, without prejudice to compensation for any additional damages incurred by Camping Village Adria.

If the guest fails to arrive at Camping Village Adria by 10:00 AM on the day following the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, management reserves the right to cancel the reservation and reassign the pitch to third parties.

Regulation
ART. 1 – Access to the campsite
a) Anyone who intends to enter the campsite for any reason must be authorized by the Management.
b) For this purpose, a valid identity document must be handed over to the management for legal registrations; the management will issue guests with bracelets for access and will register the license plate number that will authorize access with vehicles.
c) Minors are only allowed to enter the campsite if accompanied by adults who are legally responsible for them.
d) Access to and presence of unauthorized people in the campsite, and/or the introduction of unauthorized vehicles and animals, imply the following as appropriate:

ART. 2 – Minimum stay
a) The minimum stay in the campsite is 1 day for pitches, 2 days for housing units.
In high season the minimum stay is 7 nights.

ART. 3 – Registration
a) Customers are required to check the accuracy of registrations, to report any discrepancy to the Management and to inform it in advance of any changes, such as the change of the pitch, the arrival and the departure of people.
ART. 4 – Limits on equipment per pitch – services included in the price
a) No more than one guest group is allowed to occupy a pitch.
b) The price (seasonal, monthly contracts) includes up to four people, not replaceable.

ART. 5 – Selection and use of pitches and accommodation units
a) The pitch can be chosen by the Customer from among those indicated by the staff. The housing unit will be assigned by the staff depending on availability.
b) Before the customer’s entry into the campsite for the selected period, the Management of the campsite reserves the right to change the pitch or housing unit number assigned at any time, even after the customer has sent the deposit.
c) Bookings cannot be transferred to third parties without the authorization from the Campsite Management.
d) All equipment, including vehicles, must be neatly placed within the boundaries of the pitch. The customer is required to personally care for the pitch (cleaning, removing leaves, etc.).
e) Upon arrival, the guests of the housing units shall pay a deposit of € 100.00, which will be returned to them when they hand back the keys of their housing unit, provided everything is in order. The housing check will take place on the day of departure. The customer undertakes to take care of and keep the facility, its equipment and furniture clean. Any breaks or shortcomings must be reported to the Management within 24 hours of arrival; otherwise, the customer shall be personally accountable therefor. The Management is authorized to check the lodging at any time.
f) At the end of the stay, guests can make reservations for periods for the following season.

d) If the departure does not take place within the required timeframe, before 12 pm for the pitches and before 10 am for living units, the customer will be required to pay the price for an overnight stay for the day of departure as well.

ART. 7 – Daily guests - Visitors
a) The Management reserves the right to allow the entry of visitors and daily guests with a free short-term permit (1 hour).
b) The Management may authorize extensions of the stay, requesting payment thereof according to the price list.
c) Visitors can only enter the campsite on foot and during the scheduled time of day.
d) Campsite customers are required to make sure that their guests are in possession of the authorization from the Management and shall be responsible for their behavior inside the campsite.

ART. 8 – Pets
a) With regard to animals, dogs of all sizes are allowed on the campsite. They must be equipped with a micro chip, be registered in the canine registry and be in compliance with the vaccinations required by Italian law. A maximum of 2 animals per pitch and 1 per housing unit. It is necessary to keep the dogs on a leash and it is recommended to bring a muzzle. Their entry is up to the discretion of the management.

The owners are obliged to collect the biological discharge of their animals and ensure that they do not disturb the other guests of the campsite. Cats and other pets cannot be let go free outside on the pitches or around the housing units. It is forbidden to bring pets to the swimming pool, into the supermarket, to the playground and in the theatre. It is not allowed to leave animals alone inside the structures.

ART. 9 – Quiet and Silence Rules
a) At any time, behaviors, activities, games and the use of equipment that disturb the guests of the complex must be avoided.
b) Particularly during the hours of silence, from 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. and from 12.00 midnight to 7.00 a.m., guests are not allowed to use sound equipment, sports and leisure facilities and equipment, load and unload baggage, put up and take down tents or structures.

ART. 10 – Vehicle circulation and parking – Caravan entrance
a) Access to the campsite is only permitted to cars and motorbikes reported by the customer and identified by a number plate. For each pitch there can be only one vehicle at a time in the campsite.
b) Vehicles may only enter and exit the campsite during the permitted hours, at a walking pace and in compliance with the posted signs. From 1.30 pm to 3 pm and from 12 am to 7 am, it is forbidden to drive cars and motorcycles inside the campsite.
c) Cars and motorcycles cannot be parked in other pitches. Otherwise they will be moved, with the owner's expenses and liability.
d) Access by car through number plate reading in case of violation of this regulation as found by the Management will be deactivated.
e) Motor homes, caravans and trailers used by customers for their stay at the campsite must be type-tested and in any case in accordance with the provisions of law applicable to road traffic.

ART. 11 – Children
a) Adults are responsible for the behavior of their children, so as not to prejudice other guests’ peace and safety.
ART. 12 – Various Prohibitions
It is forbidden to:
- Litter out of the special containers and leave special or hazardous waste in the camping area;
- Dig holes or trenches in the ground and modify the pitch delimitations;
- Light fires;
- Damage vegetation and equipment of the campsite;
- Pour or disperse oils, fuel, hot liquids, salty or waste liquids on the ground. It is also forbidden to discharge liquids or solids or unused varnishes, solvents, etc. into manholes or other drains;
- Wash cars and other vehicles, that require the use of chemical or specific products;
- Wash dishes and linens outside the appropriate sinks;
- Wash objects or have a wash on field fountains;
- Waste or use water improperly;
- Lay fences, tie and anchor anything to plants, pull ropes at eye level and install anything that may endanger or hinder free circulation. Unauthorized works will be removed by the campsite staff;
- Drive cars faster than walking pace;
- Lay flooring on the pitch; unauthorized flooring shall be removed by the campsite staff;
- Unload water closets containing formaldehyde inside the campsite.
- Create accumulation of water by using external containers in addition to those provided with accommodation facilities (caravans or motorhomes), especially of a size not suitable for normal use.
- Install barbecues at a distance of less than 1 meter from any other object or equipment in the pitch.
- Pass on other guests’ pitches to reach the bathrooms or other areas of the campsite.
ART. 13 – Protective tarps, gazebos, awnings
a) The installation of gazebos and protection tarps is permitted, subject to authorization and free of charge; protection tarps in fireproof material shall in any case:

c) All the structures shall be removed at the request of the Management and in any case before departing; otherwise, the Management shall have the right to remove them at the customer’s expense.
ART. 14 – Lost and Found
a) Property found within the campsite must be handed over to the Management for the fulfilment of legal procedures.
ART. 15 – Pool rules
a) Customers accessing the pool must have their personal bracelet, and wear rubber slippers and bathing suit.
- Entry to the pool is forbidden to unaccompanied guests under the age of 10;
- Guests are not allowed to take bicycles, balls and other toys, and animals to the pool;
- Toilet facilities are located next to the cafe pool;
- Guests are required to take a shower before getting into the pool;
- Inside the pool it is forbidden to dive, run on the edge of the pool, play ball or balloon, eat packed lunch and swim in apnea;
- The use of the whirlpool is allowed for one cycle only, after it must be left available to the next customer.
- Topless is prohibited.
ART. 16 – Liability and Insurance
a) The use of sports and leisure equipment is at the customer’s own risk;

- any damage caused to other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, diseases and epidemics of plants or other causes not depending on the campsite staff’s negligence.

ART. 17 – Expulsion
a) The management reserves the right to expel anyone who, in its opinion, violates this regulation.

ART. 18 – Contract Termination
Camping Village Adria S.r.l. may terminate the contract “by right”, pursuant to art. 1456 of the Civil Code, at any time following the violation of the rules of conduct set forth in this regulation and

Art. 19 – Winter storage
In case the customer signs a contract with the campsite for winter storage, caravan shall be left on the pitch at the closing of the campsite or may be transferred to the storage area by the campsite. The power plug shall be disconnected from the power column before departure. No cylinders or other flammable material can be left inside the caravan. The campsite shall insure the caravans deposited against thefts, vandalism and fires; the campsite shall not be responsible for thefts or damage to goods inside the caravan.
